  Our reservation system will change as below;

  Whisky Museum and Central House Viewing (Free)：【For June】April 14th, 2025, 9:30AM(JST)～

  *Reservation for Minami-Alps Natural Mineral Water Plant will also be open on April 14th, 2025, 9:30AM(JST)～ for tours in June.

• On the following dates, factory tours and all facilities will be closed partially or all day due to facility maintenance.

  Saturday, March 22nd Sunday, March 23rd, and Wednesday, April 16th,　2025：Closed all day
  
  

  Operating hours are extended during the period below.
  Everyday between Saturday, May 3rd to Monday, May 5th.
  Operating hours: 9:30 to 17:30 (Last entry at 17:00)

  Operating hours for each facility are as below;
  Whisky Museum: 9:30～17:30
  Tasting Lounge: 10:00～17:30 (L.O.17:00)
  Central House Gift Shop: 9:30～17:30
  Hakushu Terrace: 10:00～17:30 (Food L.O.16:30、Drink L.O.17:00)
  *Visitor Center Gift Shop closes at 16:00

  Visitors without a reservation will not be admitted. A reservation for admission to the Whisky Museum and Central House is also required to use the shop and tasting lounge.
  You may not be able to purchase whisky depending on the date, the time of visit and tour course because the stock of whisky is fluid.

  *One bottle per person per day is limited to those aged 20 and over, even if available for purchase.
  *You may be asked to show identification to verify your age and identity at the time of purchase.
  *Please note that if your identity cannot be confirmed, you may be asked to present a photo ID.
  *If you do not follow the above rules, we may refuse to sell you whisky.
  *We do not accept any enquiries or layaways by phone or email.
  *Other products may also be out of stock. Please be aware of this in advance.

• [Notice of the start of reservations for cancellation slots (updated July 11th , 2024)]

  Due to cancellation of seats on some dates of the lottery-based course, reservations will be made on a first-come, first-served basis from 9:30 a.m. on July 11th, 2024. We are now accepting applications. Please consider this according to your schedule.
